Easy Events - Price guide
Specifically designed for clients who run a series of events or training seminars
  • 10% of ticket price per registration (minimum £10pp)
  • Includes Credit /debit card bank charges
  • Optional unique domain name approx £75 per year
  • Additional events added to your event list FOC
  • *One off Set Up Fee - £150 - unlimited events
* The one off set up fee: includes: your own event webpages i.e. Company profile page, Logo/brand, Registration page, Payment page and Event listing page. All above charges ( except bank charges) are subject to VAT
Extended package @ £8 per delegate
Includes:
  • Bespoke 3 page website (Home, Registration & *Payment page)
  • Free Event domain name for events of 50 or more delegates
  • Emailed invitations to list supplied
  • Automated email Delegate Confirmations
  • Emailed Joining Instructions
  • Delegate Phone/email 'Help desk'
* NB. Credit card transactions will incur a bank surcharge of 3.5%
Extended package @£15 per delegate
Includes all items in package B - PLUS:
  • 2 additional event information webpages
  • Produce & Supply Laminate Badges with clips
  • Provide printed Delegate List
  • Set up and manage registration area on site*
  • Set up Payment and information desk on site*
  • Attend planning meetings *
  • Delegate Invoice procedure - emailed receipts
*Travel & accommodation excluded should this be necessary
Full Service package @ £20 per delegate
Includes all items in packages B & C - PLUS:
  • Manage Event Budget/event account - e.g. Use delegate income to pay suppliers
  • Up to 8 Additional event web pages*
  • Capture and collate abstract submissions or delegate questionaires
  • Produce & Print Feedback forms
  • Produce & Print Certificates of Attendance
* Should more than 12 web pages be required there will be a charge of £25 per page
