Our RSVP package is designed to suit individuals or social groups who hold regular events or one off events such as Weddings, Christenings, Retirement or Anniversary celebrations

We create a website for each event, which will not only promote your special event, it will be an interactive site allowing your guests to reply to invitations, organise accommodation, view maps and directions and event carry links to sites for gifts.

Using the link on your invitatations or promotional material - your guest will be directed to your individual website, that can contain images and wording specifaclly dedicated to you, your event.

Easy Events - Price guide

Specifically designed for clients who run a series of events or training seminars

£3 per registration (minimum 10 attendees )
Credit /debit card bank charges - 3.5% UK or 3.9% International
Cheques and BAC’s payments would usually be directed to the event organizer, however if preferred Easy events can process these payments at a charge of £2 per transaction.
Optional unique domain name approx £75 per year

*One off Set Up Fee - £100 - unlimited events

* The one off set up fee: includes: your own event webpages i.e. Company profile page, Logo/brand, Registration page, Payment page and Event listing page. All above charges ( except bank charges) are subject to VAT

As part of our Conference Management package, we can create a website for your conference and event activity. Each site will have its own unique URL and functionality to capture all your delegate activity to include: registration, payments, abstract submission, accommodation & workshop selection.

Should your delegates require accommodation on site or local to the venue, why not let us do the work for you? We can negotiate excellent accommodation rates and manage the appropriate allocation of rooms on an ‘inclusive’ or ‘pay on departure’ basis.
