Whether you require five or five hundred rooms, we can negoiate and hold on allocation accommodation from budget to high end hotels local to your event.
Rooms can be booked and billed to yourself or booked on the basis that the delegate will settle their own accommoadtion bill on departure.
As part of our Delegate Management package we can include an automated accommodation booking page on your event website, providing another simple and streamlined solution for your delegates .
Travel
As part of the event webpage we can include a travel page specifically dedicated to your event and venue location.

Conference WebsiteAs part of our Conference Management package, we can create a website for your conference and event activity. Each site will have its own unique URL and functionality to capture all your delegate activity to include: registration, payments, abstract submission, accommodation & workshop selection.
